HIGHLAND VILLAGE—Workout Anytime, a fitness concept open every hour of every day, has leased 8,640 square feet of retail space in Highland Point Village, a neighborhood shopping center located at 1952 W. FM 407 (Justin Road) and Sellemeyer Lane, for its second franchise location set to open in Dallas-Fort Worth in early 2019.
Ryan Fuqua and Matthew Rosenfeld handled negotiations as exclusive tenant representatives for Workout Anytime in D-FW. The landlord was represented by Merrell Moore with Henry S. Miller Co.
Weitzman is working with Workout Anytime on additional D-FW locations. The fitness concept’s mission is to provide a convenient, first class fitness experience, open every hour of every day, with the best equipment, superior service and cleanliness, in a neighborhood atmosphere.
The Highland Village Workout Anytime is locally owned and operated by Dave & Kathie Megliorino.
