GARLAND, Texas –Ross Dress for Less ® (“Ross”), the nation’s largest off-price apparel and home fashion chain in the United States with a focus on bringing its customers a constant stream of high-quality brands at extraordinary savings, has leased 22,000 square feet of retail space in Buckingham Plaza, a shopping center located at 1445 W. Buckingham Road at Garland Avenue, for a new location. The new Ross Dress for Less is on track to open in fall 2025.
Matt Luedtke, Ben Terry and Max Johnston with Weitzman handled negotiations as project leasing agent for Buckingham Plaza, and Bernard Shaw with Weitzman handled negotiations as asset manager for the center. Jim Tapp with The Tapp Company represented Ross.
At Buckingham Plaza, Ross joins a line-up that includes dd’s Discounts and DTLR Villa, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Burger Island, Metro by T-Mobile and several others. Other retailers at the intersection include ALDI, Dollar General, ACE Hardware, Hacienda Mexican Buffet and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
