CARROLLTON—Wing Snob, a fast-casual restaurant, has leased 2,021 square feet of retail space in Midpark Center, a neighborhood center located at 3400 East Hebron Parkway, for one of its first Dallas-Fort Worth locations.
Korey Silverman with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive tenant representative for Wing Snob in D-FW. Stewart Korte with NAI Robert Lynn represented the shopping center.
Wing Snob will open in early 2022 and join a lineup that includes Pie Five, Five Guys Burgers & Fries and Gigi’s Cupcakes.
Wing Snob, founded in Detroit, will open its fifth North Texas location at Midpark Center, with more North Texas locations planned.
Founded in 2017, the chicken wing franchise has multiple locations in Michigan, Ohio and Canada. Wing Snob’s menu features boneless and traditional wings, chicken tenders and vegetarian cauli-wings. Sides include fries, coleslaw, carrots and celery sticks, sweet cornbread and desserts.
