TYLER— A limited liability company based in the Dallas area has acquired a 7,428-square-foot multi-tenant neighborhood center located at 2106 West Gentry Parkway and North Parkdale Drive in Tyler, east of Dallas.
Evan Altemus and Byron Howard with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman handled negotiations for the seller.
The retail center has a tenant mix that includes State Farm, two salons and a tax service office. The center also offers strong visibility and access from West Gentry Parkway, a major thoroughfare.
