AUSTIN—Weitzman has been named to direct project leasing and property management at Austin’s regional-draw mixed-use center, Trails at 620. The 210,000-square-foot center is at 8300 North FM 620 at Wilson Parke Avenue and features of a mix of entertainment, restaurant, retail, medical, service and hospitality uses.
Britt Morrison and Matt Epple with Weitzman are handling project leasing, and Weitzman’s Austin office will handle property management.
Trails at 620 features a line-up that includes entertainment and restaurant uses. The anchors include Children’s Learning Adventure, the industry leader in early childhood education, offering educational opportunities for children ages six weeks to 12 years of age. The offerings from Children’s Learning Adventure include infant and toddler programs, preschool and kindergarten programs, before-and-after school programs and summer camp programs.
The project’s entertainment anchor, Moviehouse & Eatery, a multi-screen cinema offering 11 dine-in theaters, a full-service bar and other amenities.
Dining options at Trails at 620 include Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Freebirds World Burrito, Oasthouse Kitchen & Bar, Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen, Whataburger, Summer Moon Coffee, Flores Mexican Restaurant and others. Retail uses include Mattress Firm, Beau Kisses gift and clothing boutique and Big Frog Custom T-shirts & More. The center also includes Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Austin Regional Clinic, and a number of other beauty, banking, medical and dental and other uses.
Trails at 620 serves a trade area offering high traffic and strong daytime populations.
