CEDAR HILL—Spatch Kitchen + Cocktails, offering seasonal American cuisine with a Southern touch and hand-crafted cocktails, has leased 7,500 square feet of retail space in Hillside Village, an open-air regional retail destination located at 305 W. FM 1382, for a new location.
Gretchen Miller, Emilie G. Paulson and Bryn Carden with Weitzman handled negotiations for Hillside Village on behalf of PREP Property Group. The restaurant was represented by Morrow Hill LLC.
Spatch Kitchen + Cocktails, which also operates a location in Addison, features brunch, lunch and dinner service, as well as a schedule of events. At Hillside Village, Spatch Kitchen + Cocktails joins a lineup of anchors and major retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, H&M, F21 Red, Victoria’s Secret and several others, including shadow anchor Dillard’s department store. Restaurants and food offerings include Razoo’s Cajun Café, Mo’s Italia Express, Moon Sushi & Ramen, Menchies Frozen Yogurt, Great American Cookie and several others. Inline retailers and concepts include Express, Finish Line, James Avery, Claire’s, Kay Jewelers, Chico’s, Champ’s Sports, Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop and numerous others.
