BELTON, TX— A Waco-based LLC has acquired approximately 348 acres of land located at IH-35 and Shanklin Road, just south of the Bell County Exposition Center, for an undisclosed price.
Andrew Alvarado with Weitzman handed negotiations for the seller. Gregg Glime with Cromwell Commercial Group represented the buyer.
The acreage, which will be held for future development, offers extensive frontage, visibility and access along IH-35 and its approximately 76,000 vehicles daily. The location is approximately 30 minutes from fast-growing Georgetown and 45 minutes to The Domain, a major mixed-use destination.
Belton is ideally positioned with a central location in the rapidly growing Texas triangle between San Antonio, Austin and Dallas.
