DALLAS—A Plano-based LLC has acquired Redbird Oaks, a 39,028-square-foot retail center on approximately three acres of land at 7320 S. Cockrell Hill Road. The seller was Dallas-based SEC Redbird Cockrell Hill, LTD.
Taylor Black, Kevin Butkus and Derek Schuster with Weitzman handled negotiations for the seller.
Redbird Oaks is centrally located within the Redbird retail district at the southeast corner of IH‐20 & Cockrell Hill Road and is shadow-anchored by a 50,000-square-foot Jenny Beauty Supply. The center features a lineup that includes Allstate Insurance, Canales Furniture, Cricket Wireless, Subway and other shops and services.
