boutique clothing, has leased 30,390 square feet of retail anchor space in Grapevine Towne Center, a regional-draw development located on SH-114 between William D. Tate and SH-26.
Ben Terry, Lynn Van Amburgh and Avery Frisbie negotiated the lease on behalf of the center in cooperation with Weitzman Senior Vice President of Asset Management Jennifer Chandler. Jacob Goodman with peel CRE represented Painted Tree.
At the center, anchored by Target, Painted Tree joins a wide array of popular concepts including Ross, Office Depot, Jason’s Deli, eatZi’s, Haltom’s Jewelers, Red Wing Shoes, a recently opened pOpshelf, Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles and several others.
Grapevine Towne Center recently completed a renovation that ‘life-styled’ the center with an updated façade with a lighter and brighter paint scheme, along with pedestrian-friendly elements like green space, seating, arbors and other enhancements. The renovation keeps the landmark center as relevant and convenient for shoppers as it was the day it opened more than two decades ago.
As part of a shopper-focused package, Weitzman has rolled out an updated shopping center website, as well as a full digital marketing package that includes social media pages, location-enabled retailer outreach programs and promotions.
