AUBREY—A Florida-based LLC has acquired Navo Shopping Center, a 15,282-square-foot neighborhood retail center located at 26745 E. University Drive, at its intersection with Navo Road, as an investment property. The seller was a Dallas-area LLC.

Navo Shopping Center offers highway visibility and access in the fast-growing Aubrey-Little Elm market. The center is fully leased to a lineup that includes Smoothie King, It’s-A-Burger, Farmers Insurance, Sushibachi, a nail salon and a dental practice.
The Weitzman team handled leasing at the center, taking it to full occupancy, before negotiating the sale transaction.
