MCKINNEY— An Austin-based LLC has acquired McKinney Marketplace, 16,918-square-foot retail center located at 9241 Virginia Parkway at its intersection with Custer Road.
Derek Schuster and Kevin Butkus with Weitzman represented the seller, a Plano-based investment group.
McKinney Marketplace, shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and LA Fitness, is fully leased to a lineup that includes Hollywood Feed, McKinney Emergency Vet, Waterview Dentistry, Little Caesars Pizza, Club Pilates and others. The center offers both visibility and access, in addition to strong co-tenancy, in the heart of a dense, upscale residential area with approximately 223,000 people with an average household income of approximately $140,000 within a five-mile radius.
