RICHMOND—Weitzman is now handling leasing of Long Meadow Town Center, a neighborhood shopping center now under construction at the southwest corner of Grand Pkwy & W Bellfort, along the fastest-growing retail corridor in the Houston area.

The retail center, on track for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021, is designed to incorporate a total of 9,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail space
The center will serve the healthcare and office needs of the trade area’s rapidly growing residential population along the newly expanded Grand Parkway. One of the center’s spaces has been pre-leased to an orthodontic practice, and the remaining spaces are being marketed for medical, dental, or spa services / office uses.
The center is positioned at the front of the Long Meadow Farms residential community with great ingress and egress from the Grand Parkway Parkway, as well as the convenience of new area roads within the development.
The trade area offers stability, growth and healthy demographics, with the three-mile radius reporting more than 69,000 residents and more than 23,000 households with an average household income of $126,340. The center is also positioned in the midst of a daytime population of approximately 58,000.
