DALLAS—A local restauranteur has purchased the Lawry’s Prime Rib Restaurant, an 11,416-square-foot freestanding retail building located at 14655 Dallas North Parkway, for a future restaurant. The seller as a California-based trust.
Matthew Rosenfeld with Weitzman handled negotiations as the listing agent for the sale property.
The building since 1998 has served as the longtime home of Lawry’s The Prime Rib, famous for its prime rib served tableside from silver carts. The location benefits from traffic along Dallas North Tollway of more than 200,000 vehicles per day. Adjacent to the property, Tollway Center a six-story 201,606-square-foot Class A office property, as well as Fourteen5, a 480,000-square-foot Class A office development.
