HOUSTON— A limited liability company based Houston has acquired a 12,690-square-foot multi-tenant neighborhood center on 1.14 acres located at 1830 Highway 6 South, between Westheimer Road and Briar Forest Drive in West Houston.
Evan Altemus and Byron Howard with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman and Brett Levinson with Weitzman’s Houston office handled negotiations for the seller, a real estate group located in Richmond.
The retail center is 100-percent leased with a tenant mix that includes Traditional Authentic Mexican Food, Master Chef Catering, Master Pro Car Care, S&S Lock and Key, Blade Hair Salon, West Oaks Auto Plaza and Texan Motors Houston.
