CARROLLTON—A locally based investment group represented by Weitzman has sold Hebron Fairway Centre, a 14,690-square-foot specialty neighborhood center located at 1628 W. Hebron parkway at SH-121, for an undisclosed price. The purchaser was a Plano-based investment group.

Hebron Fairway Centre features a tenant mix that includes Zocado’s Mexican Restaurant, Sea Spa, Simply Eyes, Top Nails, King Dental, Cozy House Cafe, Stewart Title and Subway. The center has one vacancy, a 1,463-square-foot endap.
The center benefits from its access from SH-121/Sam Rayburn Tollway, one of the busiest east-west highways in North Texas. The center serves a trade area population of nearly 69,000 people with an average household income of approximately $113,000.
