AUSTIN—Gulf Coast Guys, a seafood restaurant from experienced restaurant operators from the Texas gulf coast, has leased 3,753 square feet of retail space in Northcross Shopping Center, located at 2525 W. Anderson Lane at Burnet Road, for a new location.
Colleen Miller with Weitzman handled negotiations for the shopping center. New Home Realty represented the restaurant.
At Northcross Shopping Center, Gulf Coast Guys joins a lineup that includes Walmart, Guitar Center and a large number of retailer, restaurant and service tenants. Gulf Coast Guys will offer a menu with “salt & pepper” shrimp, catfish and chicken wings.
