CYPRESS—Weitzman, as project leasing agent for newly constructed neighborhood retail center Fry Springs Plaza, has signed three new retail leases at the center. Fry Springs Plaza is an approximately 14,112-square-foot neighborhood retail center located at 7914 Fry Road near its intersection with Longenbaugh Road.

The new leases are for:
• Cavity Patrol Pediatric Dentistry, which leased 2,275 square feet;
• Basi0n Martial Arts, which leased 2,830 square feet;
• Oasis Nail Bar, which leased 2,100 square feet.
Fry Springs Plaza is located in a dense, affluent trade area, with the three-mile radius reporting 118,310 residents in 34,016 households with an average household income of $111,385.
The center is located in an area served by the Grand Parkway, which boosts exposure and traffic.
