SAN ANTONIO—Two new leases have brought Four Oaks Plaza, a retail center located at 6032 FM 3009 in Schertz, to full occupancy. The new tenants join a line-up that includes Chase, T-Mobile, Chick-fil-A, Wingstop and several others, including the shadow anchor, Walmart Supercenter.
The new leases are for:
• First American Title, a title company, which leased 4,000 square feet. Marcus Shaffer with Weitzman represented the shopping center, and Transwestern Commercial Services represented the title company;
• Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, an experiential hair salon for kids including tweens and teens, which leased 1,125 square feet. Weitzman’s Shaffer and Clayton Comeaux represented the center.
Weitzman manages Four Oaks Plaza.
