ROUND ROCK— Dollar Tree, a national company with thousands of stores where every single item is one dollar or less, has leased 8,052 square feet of retail space in Palm Valley Plaza, a retail center located at the northwest corner of Highway 79 and CR 122, for a new Austin-area store.
Brett Maze and Nicholas Naumann with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Harry Scott with The Retail Connection represented Dollar Tree.
At Palm Valley Plaza, Dollar Tree joins a line-up that includes Walgreens, Starbucks, Taco Cabana, Wanna Play Playcare, Cato, Payless ShoeSource, Sport Clips and several others.
Weitzman manages Palm Valley Plaza.
