AUSTIN—Dogtopia, providing quality dog daycare and boarding as well as spa services for dogs, has leased 5,219 square feet of retail space in The B Spot on Burnet, a neighborhood retail center located at 7301 Burnet Road, for its fifth Austin-area location.
Jeff Lewis and Brett Maze with Weitzman handled negotiations as tenant representatives for Dogtopia, working with national master broker Cushman & Wakefield.
The B Spot on Burnet is located in North Central Austin just south of Burnet’s intersection with Anderson Lane and featured a line-up that includes Tacodeli, Tuesday Morning, Sola Salon Studio and several others.
The Burnet Road location is the third that Weitzman has negotiated for Dogtopia in the Austin area.
