DENTON— A Denton-based investor has purchased University Lanes, a 17,657-square-foot bowling alley and entertainment-and-event venue located at 1212 E. University Drive (SH-280) at N. Ruddell Street.

University Lanes will continue to operate as a bowling alley under the new ownership. The venue is located peripheral to the campus of Texas Woman’s University, attended by nearly 16,000 students, and is in an area of residential density in both single- and multi-family units.
The bowling alley offers a variety of revenue-generating opportunities ranging from hosting corporate events to league tournaments, and with an adaptable space, the property ensures year-round revenue growth.
