AUSTIN—Copenhagen Imports, a family owned and operated retailer that offers the latest in beautiful, functional contemporary furnishings and accessories for home and office, has leased 30,761 square feet of anchor space in Braker Lane Crossing, a specialty retail center located at 4607 W. Braker Lane at Research Boulevard (U.S. Highway 183), for the relocation of its longtime Austin showroom.
Britt Morrison with Weitzman handled lease negotiations as project leasing agent for the shopping center. Nick Tarantino and Aaron Scott with Tarantino Properties, Inc., represented the retailer.
At Braker Lane Crossing, Copenhagen Imports joins a lineup that includes Floor & Décor and Ross Dress for Less. The location is within one of Austin’s strongest retail districts, with traffic draws including Costco, Sprouts, H-E-B, nearby projects like The Domain and The Arboretum and many others.
