FRISCO—Chuy’s, an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Austin in 1982, has leased a 6,377-square-foot freestanding restaurant building at Frisco Bridges North, a specialty retail center located at Preston Road and Warren Parkway, peripheral to Shops at Stonebriar.
Gretchen Miller and Maggie Hansen with Weitzman handled negotiations as project representatives for the center. Ranger Retail Partners represented the restaurant.
At Frisco Bridges North, Chuy’s joins a line-up that includes Deli News, Sushi Damu, La Beau Visage, Spring Creek Barbeque, 24 Hour Fitness and others.
