Christine Krueger, a property management professional with extensive experience, has joined the San Antonio office of Weitzman as its Director of Third-Party Management and Senior Property Manager. In this position, she provides oversight for the San Antonio team’s third-party management business. She currently handles the day-to-day property management of a shopping center portfolio that includes well-known retail and mixed-use projects in the San Antonio market.
Prior to joining Weitzman, she worked as general manager of property management for JLL in San Antonio. She also has commercial real estate property management experience in the San Antonio market with Travis Commercial Real Estate and Stream Realty Partners. At Stream, she also worked in brokerage, handling tenant representation and project leasing and marketing for multi-story buildings totaling more than 250,000 square feet.
Krueger is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is a member and past president of the San Antonio Chapter of BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association) and a member and past board member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She received a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
