DALLAS—Canales Furniture, a retailer offering quality furniture at low prices for the home and office, has leased a 9,000-square-foot freestanding building at Redbird Oaks, a shopping center located at 4333-4353 Gannon Lane, for a new location.
Dan Looney and Taylor Black with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive representatives for the shopping center. Fdez Realty represented the retailer.
Canales Furniture, founded in 2003, operates several locations in Dallas-Fort Worth, as well as a distribution center. At Redbird Oaks, Canales Furniture joins a line-up that includes a number of restaurants, shops and services.
