CADDO MILLS, TX— A Plano-based LLC has acquired Caddo Prime, a 50-acre development tract located at the northwest corner of IH-30 and FM 1565 in Caddo Mills, located approximately 35 miles east of Dallas.
Scott Smith, Corbin Tanenbaum and Owen Seebold with Weitzman handled negotiations for the seller, who were local individuals.
The Caddo Prime acreage is zoned for commercial and mult-family uses, along with retail pad sites. Caddo Mills stands on the brink of a transformative growth phase, driven by strategic location advantages and strong investment prospects. The city, which ranks third in per capita population growth in Texas, with neighboring Josephine at fourth, is set to undergo significant changes with the introduction of 11,000 new homes. These developments are projected to boost the population by an additional 18,850 residents from its current base of 5,800.
