LEWISVILLE—BT Dealz, a retailer selling liquidated products directly to consumers, has leased a 15,477-square-foot junior anchor endcap space at a regional-draw retail center located at 2325 South Stemmons Freeway (IH-35E), for its first location.
David Zoller with Weitzman handled negotiations as project leasing agent for the space. The retailer was represented by Al Paniagua of Swearingen Realty Group.
At the center, BT Dealz joins a lineup that includes Marshalls, Old Navy, Five Below, PetSmart and several others.
