FORT WORTH—AW Outlet, one of the nation’s largest liquidation outlets with deals for the whole family, has purchased a 23,879-square-foot retail building located on 1.7 acres at 6680 W. Freeway, for an undisclosed price.
Michelle Caplan and Matthew Rosenfeld with Weitzman handled negotiations for the seller. Sarah Lamb with DB2RE represented the buyer.
AW Outlet features brand-new products directly from leading national retailers and offers designer brand names at prices up to 90 percent off original retail prices. The stores additionall offer furniture, electronics, home and garden and more from leading brands. AW Outlet also operates a store at 6260 Hulen Bend Boulevard in Fort Worth.
The location on the West Freeway is in a center anchored by Albertsons.
