AUSTIN—Another Broken Egg Cafe, a locally owned and operated café offering the breakfast, brunch and lunch, has leased 3,898 square feet of end-cap restaurant space in The Linc, a specialty retail center located at 6406 N. IH-45 Frontage Road at its intersection with Middle Fiskville Road, for a new location.
Britt Morrison and Brett Maze with Weitzman handled negotiations as the leasing agents for The Linc. EDGE Realty Partners represented the restaurant.
At The Linc, Another Broken Egg joins a line-up that includes a number of restaurants, include Pluckers Wing Bar, Easy Tiger Bake Shop, Vivo Tex-Mex, Lima Criolla and other concepts.
Another Broken Egg was founded in 1996 in Old Mandeville, Louisiana, in a Creole cottage on the shores of Lake Pontchartrain. The Austin locations are owned and operated locally by Nathan and Lianne Straathof. The cafes are known for fresh Louisiana inspired foods and hand-crafted cocktails.
