PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Jack Thomas is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, he handles retail investment property brokerage, as well as general brokerage, in the D-FW area. Before joining Weitzman, Thomas worked as an analyst for Marquette Realty Investments, where he assisted prospective retail tenants on retail lease issues and assisted with site selection and budgeting for NNN developments.
ORGANIZATIONS
Thomas is a member of the international Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
EDUCATION
Thomas received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a Certificate in Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently earning his Master of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
