Professional Background
Gretchen Miller is a Senior Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. She handles retail project leasing, retail tenant representation and general retail brokerage in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Her real estate experience includes positions with Texas-based Behringer Harvard Multifamily REIT I, where she worked as a portfolio management analyst for 36 properties with a value of $2.67 billion. She also worked as an asset manager for Iconic Development LLC of Illinois, where she handled the asset management of a large student housing portfolio. Miller entered the real estate profession as an analyst with the Real Estate Transaction Advisory Services Group of Ernst & Young LLP in Chicago.
