Professional Background
Creighton Stark is President, Institutional Office Investments, with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. Stark, a leading veteran of the North Texas commercial real estate industry, has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. In January 2024, he joined the firm to create the institutional office investment sales platform for Weitzman. Stark specializes in the sale of office investment properties for institutional, private and special asset clients. Prior to joining Weitzman, in 2010 he founded, assembled, and lead the institutional office investment sales platform for Colliers International North Texas, which under his leadership had amassed over $2 billion in total sales over the last five years.
Stark has been recognized as a D CEO Magazine Power Broker and a Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter each year from 2012 to 2022. He received the Best Commercial Property Sale of the Year in 2018 award by Dallas CEO Magazine for the sale of Cityplace Tower. Additionally, Stark has been consistently honored with top accolades such as the Colliers International Everest Award, which recognizes only the top 10% of producers in North America across all real estate sectors.
Organizations
Stark is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). He is active in community organizations including Hunger Busters, dedicated to ending hunger in Dallas, and is on the Board of Governors for the Vogel Alcove, a non-profit organization on a mission to help young children overcome the lasting and traumatic effects of homelessness.

Stark received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
