Professional Background
Cameron Aderhold is a Vice President of Development with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas.
In this position, Aderhold’s responsibilities include sourcing land acquisition opportunities to develop strip centers in the D-FW Marketplace around new housing developments in D-FW. Aderhold also works with the architect, engineers and contractors to design and build the asset and works with Weitzman’s finance and leasing teams to create the ideal tenant mix for each asset. Prior to joining Weitzman, he worked as a vice president with Hanover Property Company, where he worked on retail and mixed-use projects in markets including Fort Worth and Grand Prairie. He also gained extensive development experience with Cypress Equities, where he was responsible for mixed-use and retail properties throughout the nation.
Education
Aderhold graduated from the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
