PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
A. David Zoller is an Executive Vice President of retail brokerage with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. Zoller has worked at Weitzman since 2005 and is focused on investment sales and leasing. He is a consistent statewide Top Producer for Weitzman and ranked No. 3 in Texas in 2022. Prior to joining Weitzman, Zoller was sales manager with Blue Skies Over Texas, L.P., a residential sales channel for Green Mountain Energy. He also has extensive sales and operations experience with companies including Power Brokers Energy Consultants, a national energy consulting firm where he served as vice president of operations, and at Medical City Dallas, where he was director of business development, sales and marketing.
ORGANIZATIONS
Zoller served as a board member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NTCAR. He served on the board and executive board of Akiba Academy of Dallas for more than eight years.
EDUCATION
Zoller received a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson, where he also earned a degree in Entrepreneurship from the Karl Eller Center for the study of the private market economy.
