IRVING—pOpshelf, a retailer that offers a fun and affordable shopping experience offering a wide array of items, has leased 12,036 square feet of retail space in Irving Market Center, a retail center located at 3905-4014 W. Airport Freeway (SH-183), for a new location.
Gretchen Miller and Scott Smith with Weitzman represented the retailer in the transaction. David Adams and Kendall Graff with Woodmont represented the landlord.
At Irving Market Center, pOpshelf joins a lineup that includes Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Best Buy, PetSmart, K&G Men’s Superstore and several others.
Miller and Smith are working on additional Dallas-Fort Worth locations for pOpshelf, which offers on-trend seasonal and home décor, health and beauty items, home cleaning supplies, party goods, entertaining needs and more.
Dollar General announced pOpshelf as its newest retail store concept in 2020.
