Professional Background
Jennifer Chandler is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. In this position, she oversees the asset management of a portfolio of retail centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, responsible for the financial performance, tenant mix and development/redevelopment strategy of the centers.
Prior to joining Weitzman, Chandler’s commercial real estate experience included working as asset and marketing manager for Trimont Real Estate Advisors, with direct responsibility for asset managing and marketing a diverse portfolio of REO assets that included retail, office, industrial, flex, residential and land properties. She also worked as an asset manager for Plano-based Beal Bank, with direct responsibility for a diverse portfolio of REO assets valued at more than $225 million. Chandler began her real estate career with GE Capital Real Estate and subsequently was one of the founding members of Southwest Real Estate Services, Inc., where her responsibilities included asset management of the 7-Eleven corporate headquarters, a 1.4-million-square-foot building in Dallas with an annual budget of $13 million in addition to owning several food and beverage companies which included Chandler’s Cuisine, Cityplace Conference Center, DMA 1717 and Wynnwood Hospitality.

Chandler is a member of Executive Women of Dallas (EWD), where she has served as president and in several board positions. She also is active with Commercial Real
Estate Women (CREW), Junior League of Dallas (JLD) and has previously served on
the Dallas Advisory Board for Women’s Leadership Exchange (WLE) and is a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Education
Chandler received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
