Animal clinic relocates after tornado damage

DALLAS—Preston Royal Animal Clinic has leased 3,268 square feet of space in Meadow Central Market, a Tom Thumb-anchored enter located at the northwest corner of US-75/Central Expressway and Meadow Road, for the relocation of its operation.

Lauren Dannemiller and Blane O’Banion with Weitzman handled negotiations as project representatives for Meadow Central Market.

The animal clinic was previously located in Preston Oaks Shopping Center, located at Preston Road and Royal Lane. The center was severely damaged in the October tornado that hit North Dallas, and the new lease allows the clinic to experience limited down time.

At Meadow Central Market, in addition to Tom Thumb, the tenant mix includes CVS, Sylvan Learning Center, The UPS Store, Gabriela & Sofia’s Mexican Cuisine, Ephesus Mediterranean Market, Brothers Pizza and several others

Meadow Central Market, one of the most successful community centers serving the North Dallas-Preston Hollow Market, will soon receive a major renovation.
