Pet Supermarket, a Florida-based pet supplies specialist, is entering the Fort Worth-area market with two new locations. Michelle Caplan and Gretchen Miller with Weitzman handled negotiations as tenant representatives for Pet Supermarket.
One location is a 7,431-square-foot store at Ridglea Village, located at 6100 Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, will join tenants Campisi’s, La Madeleine, and Haltom’s Jewelers.
The second Pet Supermarket will open a 6,601-square-foot store in Town Center Colleyville, located at 5611 Colleyville Boulevard. The retailer joins tenants including Market Street and Studio Movie Grill.
Venture’s Easley Waggoner Jr. represented the landlord in lease negotiations for both locations, working with Amy Pjetrovic on the Colleyville lease, and with Amanda Throckmorton on the Fort Worth lease.
Sunrise, Florida-based Pet Supermarket operates more than 150 stores throughout the southeast region of the U.S. and has been expanding in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets.
